This site says that treatment centers as an option for marijuana specifically is rare because most people who abuse marijuana also abuse another drug, usually something harder, like cocaine. There is no medicine that can be taken to help an addicted marijuana user stop using, but researchers are studying THC carefully to see if one may be available soon to provide an aversion to Marijuana to avoid relapses.

In addition to providing a recommendation for treatment, this article provides all of the basic facts about Ecstasy, including how one becomes addicted, what it exactly is, and how it affects the brain. It mentions that there is no way to specifically treat MDMA (another name for Ecstasy), and currently there are no pharmacological treatments for addiction, but the article includes general drug abuse treatment. The general drug abuse treatment would involve cognitive-behavioral interventions, as well as drug recovery support groups.

In recent years there has been an increase in people seeking help for their cocaine addictions. Although there is no direct treatment to this addiction there is a clinical trail drug, selegeline, that looks promising. Another treatment option is a rehab center that helps you overcome the addiction. The center has behavioral therapy to help the patient return to a normal lifestyle without the dependency.
